Protect yourself from the sun

Friends, the summer holidays will begin soon, after a year of studies, surely going to the beach or camping is one of the favorite distractions for many. I also know that girls really like that tan that make them look more attractive and beautiful, but be careful young people, since as the years go by; there are more and more known cases of people with skin conditions because of exposure in the sun for a long time.

Although the luminous energy that comes from the sun is essential for human life, prolonged exposure to sunlight is very damaging to the skin, since both the epidermis that is the layer that covers our body, and the dermis that is the layer next to it, both suffer from this action and are very damaged.

It is good to know that human beings are influenced by two types of ultraviolet rays. The long wave rays are the cause of premature aging of the skin and solar allergies, and ultraviolet rays of medium wave which are those that produce redness and sunstroke, among other alterations of greater damage.

I do not want to say that, of course, we can not enjoy the beaches that exist in the country or other outdoor attractions, I just think that a series of measures should be taken that will help to avoid these evils, that with a responsible attitude they can always be avoided.

Friends, specialists recommend avoiding exposure to sunlight between 11.00 in the morning and 5:00 in the afternoon, what to do then? Well, as it is almost inevitable to always be indoors during these times, I recommend that you wear protective clothing; you can also bring accessories such as hats, hats, umbrellas or other elements that provide shade.
As for the measures related to the use of sunscreens, masks prepared from natural products, such as those made with essential oils of aloe vera and calendula, are highly recommended.

As for the lips, for being a very sensitive area, we must cover them with oils, creams or prepare a formula with aloe.
Friends, remember that the important thing is not to avoid the sun, but to learn to live with it in a healthier way.
