Qualified about the Local Agricultural Innovation System starts in Jaruco

Jaruco, Mayabeque. Add knowledge and tools, strengthen alliances and create new work links, are the premises of the Qualified about the System of Local Agricultural Innovation that will begin on Thursday, January 24 at the Municipal University Center of Jaruco.

According to the SIAL project coordinator in the territory, Luis Pérez Pérez, this mode of academic training will last six months and will include various modules, among which are the Bases and Methodology of the Local Agricultural Innovation System, Sustainable Agriculture, the SIAL and Local Socioeconomic Development, and Project Management.

Said the agronomist that the subjects will be taught by specialists of the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences, INCA, and debates will be created between experienced producers of the municipality and the province of Mayabeque.

The registration of the Qualified about the Local Agricultural Innovation System is made up of 30 people, including peasants, agricultural leaders, specialists from ANAP and officials from the administration and government of Jaruco.
